Lisa Lead Registered Veterinary Technician

Back when I first graduated Tech school in 2011, I found my very first RVT job at Sechelt Animal Hospital.  After a couple of years, I moved to Victoria, spent 4 years working in emergency medicine and critical care for the Central Victoria Veterinary Hospital, and in 2017 I came back to the Sunshine Coast because I missed it (and Sechelt Animal Hospital) so much!

I have a particular interest in emergency and critical care, and I am proud to be able to put the skills I learned in a 24/7 emergency and critical care hospital to work for the pets of the Coast.

I spend most of my non-work time reading, watching movies, reading, playing games (card, board and video), more reading, and cuddling with my creatures: Lemon (my old lady dog), Flicker (my surprisingly-still-alive cat), and Toasty (my “normal” cat).  Outside of work and home, you can find me going on leisurely strolls with my dog, playing ukulele with the Mother Pluckers, and being on stage with Sunshine Coast Community Shakespeare!
