I graduated from Central Luzon State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1999. My husband and I co-own a small animal vet practice in the Philippines (United Doctors Animal Clinic – which we visit every year) and moved to Canada in 2003.
I worked as an Animal Health Technologist on Bowen Island for three years before moving to the coast in 2006, and have worked here at the Sechelt Animal Hospital since then. Living in such a close-knit Island community inspired my husband and I to search the coast and find a similar environment; Sechelt is definitely that place!
I spend most of my days off going over to Bowen Island, spending time with friends, and also for our dog Lucy and to visit all their friends at The Missy Manor: “A Doggie’s Haven” an Animal Rescue Foundation that I am very involved with.
