COVID-19 Policy

Dear Clients,

Our team continues to be here for you and your cherished pets. We are OPEN and are now able to provide a wide range of services. Based on the current provincial changes, below are some important updates to our operating policies.

1. WE CAN NOW SEE ALL CASES BY APPOINTMENT ONLY

This includes vaccines, wellness exams, blood work, heartworm testing, spays and neuters, dental services, and more! That being said, we are booking about 3-4 weeks in advance for routine exams, and 4-5 weeks in advance for routine surgeries and dentals.

2. SAFETY MEASURES TO KEEP EVERYONE SAFE

We are allowing clients inside the lobby without masks, but they are still mandatory in exam rooms. This is due to the small size of our exam rooms, and the impossibility of social distancing when examining your pet. If you notice the lobby has more than 4 people already waiting, we request that you wait outside until someone comes out.
